The Rawdah Racecourse witnessed the start of the third preliminary round for camel races at the Al Ain Festival 2025 this morning, Sunday, September 14, 2025. The races, which ran for 4 kilometers, were held at Al Rawdah Racecourse. The competition was intense and exciting, with a distinguished presence of owners and trainers.
In the first round, “Al Amla,” owned by Abdullah Ghadhban, the sponsor of the camel, Al Ameri, won with a time of 6:04:48 minutes. The second round saw the victory of “Qamari,” owned by Salem Matar Hamad Al Oud Al Ameri, with a time of 5:58:88 minutes. The third round was won by “Arbah”, owned by Saeed Jaber Abdullah Al Harbi, who completed the distance in 6:07:25 minutes. The excitement continued in the fourth round, with “Al Mutahed”, owned by Saad Ali Mohammed Al Humaidi, winning with a time of 6:03:68 minutes.

In the fifth round, “Al Hayba”, owned by Sultan Khalifa bin Hasoum Al Darmaki, took the lead with a time of 6:06:91 minutes. “Hamlula”, owned by Mansour Mubarak Saeed Al Wahaibi, won the sixth round with a time of 6:00:22 minutes. “Mutaib”, owned by Salem Matar Saeed Al Darei, won the seventh round with the same time of 6:00:22 minutes.
The excitement continued in the eighth round, with “Al Dhaby”, owned by Hamad Mohammed Salem Al Wahaibi, winning with a time of 6:02:12 minutes. The ninth round was followed by the brilliance of “Al Shahna”, owned by Damithan Khalfan Damithan Al Shamsi, with a time of 6:04:48 minutes.

The tenth round was won by “Mutaib” owned by Misfer Salem Balquwaie Al Mansouri, with a time of 6:07:40 minutes, while “Ta’a” owned by Hasher Salem Mohammed Al Ketbi scored her victory in the eleventh round with a time of 6:05:31 minutes. The twelfth round went to “Anshuda” owned by Saeed Mohammed Salem Al Wahaibi, who finished the race in 6:08:70 minutes. “Slab” owned by Sahal Salem Balasoud Al Ameri won the thirteenth round with a time of 6:07:44 minutes. “Samaa” owned by Nael Fahid Muftah Al Shamsi took the lead in the fourteenth round with a time of 6:10:84 minutes. The curtain fell on the competition with “Shaheen” owned by Mohammed Salem Shuwain Al Mansouri winning the fifteenth round with a time of 6:06:59 minutes.
